While every effort will be made to handle your vehicle with the utmost care, detailing services may involve the use of chemicals, tools, and equipment that could potentially cause unintended damage. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to, minor cosmetic imperfections or unforeseen issues arising during the service.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices listed on the Hammersmark Detailing Co. website are estimates and are subject to change during or after the detailing process. The final cost may differ from the initial quoted price, even if a detailed quote was provided prior to service. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as additional labor or materials required to complete the service, or if the condition of the vehicle differs from what was initially assessed. You will be notified of any changes to the price before the service is completed. By proceeding with the service, you accept the potential for price adjustments.

Photography & Social Media

By accepting services from Hammersmark Detailing Co., you grant Hammersmark Detailing Co. and its owner, Sam Hammersmark, the irrevocable right to photograph and/or video your vehicle before, during, and after the detailing service. Hammersmark Detailing Co. retains full ownership of all photos and videos taken during the service. You authorize Hammersmark Detailing Co. to use, publish, and distribute these photos and videos on any social media platform, website, marketing material, or other media for any purpose, including advertising and promotional use, without further notice or compensation to you.
